Eclectic Kidz will accept returns within 14 days of receiving items. ALL ITEMS must be in the original/unworn condition with tags still attached.

Email your order number and the item(s) you are trying to return to ecelctickidz@outlook.com. Once your return has been approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label to your email. You will then receive a store credit (via gift card) for the returned items with the returned shipping cost taken out. If the returned items are not in the original condition as purchased, customer WILL NOT receive a store credit! Customer will have 7 days from receipt of order to submit a return request and 7 days from receiving the return shipping label to use the return shipping label. If your return is outside of this window, the package will be refused and returned to sender!
